The Aeronautical University is a state-of-the-art training experience designed to educate and enlighten students in several aspects of Aviation.  The Aeronautical University is currently utilized by WestCoastATC to conduct the training of the potential Air Traffic Controllers that aspire to become one of the elite members of a professional, dedicated, and skilled group of controllers that make up WestCoastATC's Air Traffic Control Division.

Here at the Aeronautical University students undergo a very fast-paced but detailed training process that prepares them for the high standards that have been set by the members of the flight simulation community.  The students will attend classes and receive lectures from one of the Aeronautical University's highly skilled instructors and then be allowed to apply the theories taught in that lecture in an Online Aviation environment.  The ATC training program is broken down in to 3 phases.  Each class consists of both classroom lecture and practical application designed to aid in several different types of learning aspects.  After each phase a student will be required to take an exam that covers the material in the phase that they were lectured on.  A minimum passing score of 70% is required to proceed to the next phase of training.
